Kellie Lumby – Quality and Service Development Manager
Kellie has spent many years working for government and non-government organisations in the areas of quality, accreditation, policy and procedures in both Queensland and Victoria. She has a Diploma of Quality Auditing, Bachelor of Social Science (majors in HRD, HR, Sociology) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
She actually enjoys the accreditation process and assisting organisations in understanding relevant standards and de-mystifying the accreditation process.
Kellie has recently moved from Victoria to Canberra and is enjoying all that Canberra has to offer.
